KS1 Teacher vacancies at Doha English Speaking School for August 2025

Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor of Education and QTS, be exemplary practitioners, and enjoy working as part of a team. Candidates must promote high standards and expectations and be committed to contributing to the further development of the school.

Please note that successful applicants will need to provide an ICPC certificate, a certified copy of their original Education Certificate/s duly notarised and attested by a notary public in their country of issue and a transcript of their university degree and a letter from the university stating you attended in person. These must be stamped by the Qatar Embassy in the country of issue and by the MOFA in Qatar. Copies of Birth and Marriage certificates. These documents are required by the Qatari Labour Department when applying for a work visa. (Advice can be provided by the school regarding how these can be obtained).
You must also provide an Experience Letter covering your teaching for up to the last five years stating which key stages you have worked in and that you are experienced as a class teacher.
Interviews will be held in December 2024 and shortlisted candidates will be observed teaching (Interviews can also be arranged in Doha for those already living locally or via video call).
